Copyright to all images created during the photo shoot are deemed to belong solely to Shotlife Photography. Under no circumstances are any images to be used by a third party unless prior written permission has be granted by the Shotlife Photography. You can not take a photos with your own camera or mobile device at Shotlife Photography studio.
APPOINTMENT HOLDING DEPOSITS
A holding fee / deposit of $50 will be required to secure and hold your appointments. This Deposit ensures your commitment to the scheduled appointments. The $50 deposit will be refunded at your purchasing appointment, provided that you have completed both your photo shoot and purchasing appointment at the correctly scheduled time and date. Shotlife Photography accept online payments only and all amounts are transacted using Australian Dollars ONLY. Failure to attend or complete your scheduled appointment will result in the cancellation of any prize and the forfeiture of the holding fee. Prizes and gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, prize or promotion. Only one (1) Gift Certificate or Promotional voucher can be used at a time.
APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULE POLICY
Gift Certificates and Promotional Vouchers entitle the holder to a SINGLE APPOINTMENT ONLY. Once made, an appointment can not be rescheduled and the Gift Certificate or Promotional Voucher is deemed to have been used in full at that original appointment time and date. In exceptional circumstances, management may, at their sole discretion, reschedule an appointment and carry forward the Gift Certificate and holding fee / deposit.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Shotlife Photography reserves the right to refuse service if in our opinion the provision of service is likely to cause or has caused disruption to either staff members or the normal operation of business.
GIFT CERTIFICATES/ PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS
Unauthorised reproduction, resale, modification, or trade prohibited. You cannot use the gift certificate or promotional voucher to purchase products from previous photo sessions. Offer is subject to change without notice. To be up to date check our website.
ORDER AND REFUND POLICY
Sholife Photography offers different shot packages with digital photos included. For prices and number of digital copies included in price please check our available packages or speak to us. If you wish to purchase more photos than offered in your package additional cost will apply. Please talk to your photographer on the day prior to the shot. NOTE: Shotlife Photography IS NOT offering unedited digital copies at all.
All digital copies are provided in a maximum resolution required for standard printing*. If you wish to purchase another resolution please talk to our photographer prior to the shot. Additional cost may apply.
Choose carefully as we do not refund online or/and in store purchases.
Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact our studio and we can arrange a replacement of the product. Incorrect or faulty products will not be accepted for return later than 30 days of you receiving the goods for online orders only. There is no cooling off period for in store purchases.
PUBLIC AND CHARITY EVENTS
Shotlife Photography is supporting charity events and participate in public / community events. All photos taken during the event belongs to Shotlife Photography and can be used on our website or/and social media (includes instagram and facebook). All photos can be shared with event organiser or third party organisations for use in their printed and online. If you would prefer for you or your child not to be photographed, please speak to our photographer on the day. If you would like to see your images, or would like us to delete them, please contact Shotlife Photography via email or by phone.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
